Pete Saladino

Pete joined OpenCape in 2026 as CEO to lead the organization’s next growth stage including its strategic 800Gbps network upgrade and geographic expansion. He is responsible for driving growth and ensuring that consumers and businesses across Cape Cod and southern New England have the high-capacity, symmetrical bandwidth required to thrive in an era of AI, 4K video conferencing, and remote work.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Pete has scaled organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as Global Head of Marketing for Skylo Technologies and Chief Marketing Officer at The Hinckley Company. Prior to that, Pete held a senior role at Samsung Mobile launching Galaxy smartphones in the US.

Pete holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from Cornell University. He is a competitive sailor and serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior Sailing Association of Long Island Sound.
