Make Payment
Pay Your Bill Online
You asked for it and we heard you! We now offer customers the opportunity to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments toward their account through our secure payment portal. This option is available to both Enterprise Customers (ENT) and Falmouth GPON (GPON) Customers.
Create a New Customer Account
You will need to create a new account on our payment portal before making your first payment. Create a new customer account by following these steps:
STEP ONE: Click "Pay Now", at the bottom of this screen.
STEP TWO: Select "Create Account" at the bottom of the next screen.
STEP THREE: Complete the STARRED/RED fields on the following screen, and then watch for an Account Registration email that will allow you to create your password.
STEP FOUR: Once you have created your password, login to the system to add your banking information and complete the process.
Select Deposit Account
There are two deposit accounts to choose from (ENT or GPON), please refer to your Customer Account Number on your invoice (located just below your billing address) to select the appropriate account.
Returning Customers
Returning customers can log in with their user name and password each time they want to make a payment.
